DD Rand Signs With Dark Star Records
We are pleased to announce that DD Rand, original lead guitarist from the 80s Hard Rock/Metal band Ravage out of Chicago has inked a deal with Dark Star Records. DD Rand’s guitar style mixes bone crunching guitar rifts with screaming leads. His songs are loaded with catchy choruses influenced by classic 80’s rock but with a modern high caliber production level. DD Rand currently has deals with Shrapnel and Retrospect Records. Casting Call For Jezebeth TV Series
Director Damien Dante of Satania 6 Films, along with Executive Producer Jeffrey A Swanson of SGL Entertainment present JEZEBETH the TV Series. Damien Dante and Jeffrey A. Swanson, partners in the Jezebeth movie franchise, will begin filming their Cable TV series Pilot episode in and around Richmond, Illinois in June 2011. The Pilot is based on the vampire film Jezebeth, to be released internationally in 2011. Shooting dates for the Pilot episode require that you be available from early morning until very late at night. SAG and Non-SAG actors. Conquest Unleash Their Full Length Album “Rage” Originally Released in Europe On Sony BMG
We are excited to announce that Conquest have re-released their original full length album “Rage” Worldwide via Dark Star Records. The album was originally released in Europe on November 2nd 1998. This album shows the darkest side of Conquest and is a true gem for all true metal fans. This album is now available as a special digital only re-release and can be found anywhere digital music is sold including: iTunes, Rhapsody, Amazon, Zune and More. The band “Conquest” gained strong momentum with the release of their label debut album “End Of Days”, which garnered rave reviews from metal critics across the board.

Ari Lehman is the actor/singer who had the unique honor of having played the role of the First Jason Voorhees in the Paramount Classic Horror Film “Friday the 13th” (1980). The original “Boy In The Lake” himself, Ari played a crucial role in the film’s famous final scene, in which he suddenly emerges from the icy waters of Crystal Lake. Working with Special Effects Master Tom Savini at an early age gave Ari a deep appreciation for the Horror Greats including Lon Chaney, Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff and Vincent Price. Jezebeth Movie To Feature Song From Original Scorpions Drummer Herman Rarebell
The vampire horror film “Jezebeth” is in its final stages of production and will now feature the song “Your Love Is Hurting” by platinum recording artist Herman Rarebell. “This movie is loaded with great music but this really adds a whole new dimension to the film” quotes Jeffrey A Swanson one of the executive producers and the music supervisor for the film. “I am honored to have the original drummer for the Scorpions Herman Ze German Rarebell included in our movie and on the soundtrack” replies Damien Dante Director, writer and producer of the film Jezebeth. Herman penned the lyrics for some of the most classic songs of the Scorpions entire history, including Rock You Like a Hurricane, Make It Real, Dynamite, Blackout, Arizona, Bad Boys Running Wild, Don’t Stop At the Top and Tease Me Please Me among countless others.
“Your Love Is Hurting” could very well be another platinum song for Herman Rarebell but for us it was just the perfect song for a particular scene in the movie Jezebeth, and for that we are very elated. The movie will be available worldwide in 2011 and stars Bree Michaels as Jezebeth.
