New York’s “Cruel Season” Signs with Dark Star Records

We are pleased to announce that the New York based Hard Rock band “Cruel Season” have signed with Dark Star Records. This heavy four piece quartet fronted by Lead Vocalist Michael McManamon has a Sweet Heavy Alternative Hard Rock Sound. Their long awaited Debut Album “Rise” has been mixed and mastered and is in its final stages of production. “Every song on this album is solid” Quotes Jeffrey A. SGL Entertainment Signs Landmark Partnership Deal with Vimeo

New R-Rated Trailer Unveiled for 80’s Style Horror Film “THE HOUSE of EVIL”

We are pleased to announce the release of the new R-Rated Trailer for Massimiliano (Max) Cerchi’s New Film “The House of Evil”. THE HOUSE OF EVIL is about a couple who buy a beautiful house only to find out that the house is a portal to Hell… and, literary, All HELL will break loose. The story is a throwback of the 80’s horror films. The movie is a mix between Poltergeist and Hellraiser, with lots of practical real special effects, and not as much CGI. The prosthetic designs were done by CFX, the same company that is behind the effects for WOLVERINE and 2 GUNS. “There are 3 different demons throughout the movie, and each character is a new horror icon in my opinion” quotes Massimiliano (Max) Cerchi.

The movie stars Jeff Kim, Stephanie Van Rijn, Bill Pacer and LaDonna Allison. The main male lead role is played by Jeff Kim, an amazing actor, Stephanie is the female lead, she is a great actress from Canada, Bill Pacer is Zoltar, a psychic who is sent to help the young couple, a co-lead role, and LaDonna Allison is the real estate agent. “Nocturnal Activity” Lands Distribution Deal with SGL Entertainment

SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that it has picked up “Nocturnal Activity” the British paranormal horror movie. Annie Dyer moves into a new apartment and quickly discovers she is not alone; a malevolent spirit repeatedly attempts to seduce her in order to possess her body as a vessel to carry out its vengeful mission.

Jenny Franck is Selected in Round One For a Grammy Nomination in the Catagory of Best New Artist for the song Black Crows

Singer Songwriter Jenny Franck is up for “Best New Artist” For the Song “Black Crows” and has been officially accepted for a Nomination in round one of the 57th annual Grammy Awards.

The song “Black Crows” is also featured in the movie and on the Soundrack to Jezebeth 2 Hour of the Gun, a Vampire Western Adventure Film, Written and Directed by Damien Dante and Produced by Damien Dante and Jeffrey A. Swanson. The movie has been completed and is currently in the film festival circuit. DiAmorte Unleash their Heavy Dark New Single “Roses of Dusk, At Dawn Turned Dust”

From mind to melody comes the second release from the “Prelude to Shadow” EP with the six minute epic, “Roses of Dusk, At Dawn Turned Dust” written by Drake Mefestta and additionally orchestrated along with Spencer Creaghan, featuring the percussion works of Rick Hernandez (Reign Inferno). The concept behind this piece is nothing short of a rhyme for revenge, entailing emotions bathed in blood and war. The sounds cascade, enveloping the song in an atmosphere of strife and conflict that reflect the over-arching story behind “The prelude to Shadow”.
