SYNOPSIS: The Magnificent Dead takes place in the 1870’s in the small Texas town of Rosewood where local rancher Jared Hamilton and his men have declared war on the town, using fear and death to prevent a new railroad line from coming through. Guided by a priest, Father Julian the desperate town leaders decide to hire a group of six gunmen to help clean up the town. These gunmen are legendary, as they are afflicted with Leprosy and fight with reckless abandon and ruthlessness, for they have nothing to lose, as they are already dead.

SGL Entertainment Lands Huge Movie Deal With 88 Films in the UK for Frankenstein: Day of the Beast

SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that they just have signed a huge movie deal with 88 Films for the release of Frankenstein: Day of the Beast on both Blu-ray and DVD in the United Kingdom and Ireland. “We are thrilled to be working with 88 Films on this release, and we are very happy about the new artwork they created for Frankenstein: Day of the Beast” quotes Jeffrey A. Swanson President of SGL Entertainment. The movie will be in stores on Blu-ray and DVD Throughout the UK and Ireland towards the end of the year, and will be available in the USA and Canada on July 12th, 2016.

THE STORY: In a foggy winter morning, a raft brings a priest to an isolated island. He is getting paid to perform a wedding ritual under very mysterious conditions. The groom is Victor Frankenstein, and the young and beautiful bride is his cousin Elizabeth. Seven armed and dangerous mercenary soldiers have been hired to protect her against something huge that hides in the woods, awaiting for that wedding night to be consummated. Victor is the only one who knows the truth about their enemy. His secret will be paid with the life of his private army, whose men will die one by one, as the creature gets closer to his target: the bride.

Diamond Rexx and Conquest Featured in “Blind Dead: Resurrection”

SGL Entertainment is working together with Pavement Music and Dark Star Records to Bring in some Killer music to BLIND DEAD: RESURRECTION, a horror film directed by Massimiliano Cerchi and written by Anthony Werley, and we are happy to announce that DEAD by DIAMOND REXX (Pavement Music) and TOMORROW’S BLACK by CONQUEST (Dark Star Records) Will now be Included in the Film. Special thanks to Mark Nawara and Tim King from Pavement Music plus Jeffrey A. Swanson and Lloyd Freeze from Dark Star Records for putting this deal together.

ABOUT THE MOVIE: In 1808 a group of renegade monks, lead by Brother Sandar (Wassim Hawat) was offering virgins to be sacrificed to Satan to gain immortality and knowledge of the beyond. The entire village found out about this vile act and decided to take care of this by burning them alive. The monks died but they sent a curse before doing so. Every 20 years they will resurrect and demand a sacrifice or the entire village will suffer the consequence.

Present day: A doctor (Vincent Rivera) and his pregnant wife (April Bogenschutz Omohundro) rent a beautiful mansion to spend their holiday there. The entire village along with the Mayor (Terry G. Reed) and it’s Sheriff (Carlo Mendez) do not want them around since they are worried that they will be a nuisance. But when the virgin selected to be sacrificed runs away (Haley Jay Madison) and asks for the good doctor’s help, they will soon realize that their dream holiday is now turned into a nightmarish Hell…
